We practice mindfulness, awareness (especially of what's going on with your body), and stretchiness! You don't have to be very flexible to start out with us. You will undoubtedly be at least a little bit more flexible and balanced than you were before after regularly attending our sessions.
Perfect for beginners. Our instructor, Caitlyn Ference, only goes at the pace of the participants present. She is always willing to slow down and help you make sure your poses are improving and maximizing effectiveness.
Bring a mat and bring a $5 donation. We also have a few mats extra in case you don't have one yet (and we actually clean them).
