We'll be digging into scripture, asking questions about context, cultural assumptions, readers' perspectives, and what significance scripture holds for us. This significance will become apparent as we explore the accounts of people thousands of years ago, that also struggled with the same basic questions of who is God? Who are we that God loves us? How are we to respond to that love in our relationships with God and with others around us.
